Scope and acceptance
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all orders placed via the Site and to your use of the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to place an order. By ordering, you confirm you are legally capable of entering into a contract.
4. Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to display product information accurately (including colors). However, screen displays may vary. Product availability may change without notice. We may limit quantities per order or customer.
5. Ordering and contract formation

You place an order by completing checkout and submitting payment.

You will receive an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt.

The purchase contract is formed when we send a shipment confirmation email (or otherwise confirm dispatch).
We may refuse or cancel an order (for example due to suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock issues, or shipping restrictions). If we cancel after payment, we will refund you.
6. Prices, VAT, and duties
Prices are shown in Euro and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
For deliveries outside the EU (or where applicable), import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated at checkout.
7. Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout (e.g., iDEAL, credit/debit card, PayPal, Klarna). Payment must be authorized at checkout. We may use fraud-prevention checks and may request additional verification.
8. Shipping and delivery
Delivery options, costs, and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Risk of loss passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address (or collected). If you provide an incorrect address, you may be responsible for re-shipping costs.
9. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal starting from the day you (or a third party you designate) receive the goods.
Important hygiene exception (sealed goods): For products not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may be lost if the goods were sealed and you unsealed them after delivery. This applies in particular to underwear or intimate garments where a hygiene seal/strip is removed or packaging is opened in a way that breaks the hygiene seal.
We detail the practical return conditions in the Returns & Refunds Policy (including hygiene requirements). Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
10. Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Return eligibility, steps, timelines, and refund processing are described in our Returns & Refunds Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required by law.
11. Conformity, defects, and legal warranty (EU)
EU consumers benefit from mandatory legal rights relating to faulty or non-conforming goods (legal guarantee). If your product is defective or not as described, contact us at support@uniskins.com with your order number and photos where possible.
12. Promotions, discount codes, and gift cards
Discount codes are subject to stated conditions and may be withdrawn at any time. Unless stated, codes cannot be combined and cannot be applied retroactively.
Gift cards/store credit (if offered) are non-refundable except where required by law and may have expiry rules disclosed at issuance.
13. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (logos, product names, designs, text, images) is owned by or licensed to Uniskins and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use it without our prior written consent.
14. User content (reviews, comments)
If you submit reviews or other content, you grant Uniskins a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for marketing and operational purposes. You confirm you have rights to what you submit and that it is not unlawful, abusive, or misleading.
We may remove content at our discretion.
15. Liability (to the extent permitted by law)
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to mandatory law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., loss of profits).

Our total liability related to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product(s).
16. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier disruptions, strikes, severe weather, governmental action, supply interruptions).
17. Privacy
We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
18. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that purchase.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of The Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
Disputes may be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, unless mandatory law provides otherwise. EU consumers may also use an EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (where applicable).
