Return Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item. This applies to all orders, including shipments to the European Union, in accordance with the EU 14-day right of withdrawal.

 

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following requirements:

  • Unworn and unused
  • All original labels and hangtags still attached and intact
  • Returned in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Because our products do not include hygiene seals, we thoroughly inspect every returned item. Any indication that an item has been worn, washed, altered, or otherwise used will result in a denied refund. This includes but is not limited to odor, stains, creases, hair, deodorant marks, or detached labels. Items that do not pass inspection will be returned to you at your expense.

 

How to return an item

A return shipping label is included in your shipping confirmation email. Download and use this label to send your item back. Your return must be shipped within the 14-day return period.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.

 

Defective or incorrect items

Inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us immediately at support@uniskins.com so we can resolve the issue.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, submit a return and place a new order separately.

 

Non-returnable items

Gift cards and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us at support@uniskins.com.
